KayCee Hartwig is the Enterprise Risk & Insurance Analyst at PetSmart, where she leads efforts across enterprise risk management, corporate insurance programs, and risk operations. In her role, KayCee supports risk forecasting, insurance renewals across casualty, property, and cyber lines, and monthly claims analysis. She partners closely with senior leadership to develop and implement risk strategies that align with PetSmart’s operational goals.
