With well over a decade of Medicare Secondary Payer experience in the P&C space as a longstanding trusted advisor in the self-insured, carrier, and TPA market, Virginia Stanley is the Senior Vice President of Business Development for Examworks Compliance Solutions.

Virginia’s expertise is in collaboratively developing, implementing, and managing Medicare Secondary Payer programs with her clients to help them understand and manage their risks while maintaining exceptionally high levels of compliance. Additionally, over her career she has been the subject matter expert and point person across numerous claim system integrations for Section 111 reporting as a trusted resource and partner.
Over her career, Virginia served in senior positions with Spear Technologies, Franco Signor (acquired by Verisk), and Prium (acquired by Enlyte). She started her career with Gould and Lamb which was acquired by Examworks (now Examworks Compliance Solutions).

Virginia holds her bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Management from Florida Gulf Coast University, and her Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Walden University. She is a Certified Medicare Secondary Payer professional, board member for SIIA’s Self-Insured Educational Foundation, a CLM Fellow, and Member of RIMS.
