Chip has over 15 years of risk management experience. Chip graduated from University of Arkansas in 2005 with a bachelor’s in business administration. He temporarily worked for an insurance broker before starting with Walmart Risk Management in 2007. His Walmart career began as a case manager in 2007, a role he held for five years. In 2012, he transitioned to a project manager role within Walmart Risk Management to focus on system implementation. He was later promoted to senior manager with responsibilities for a system strategy and support team. His current role is director, system implementation & support services. His time in this position is spent focusing on implementing solutions to optimize the claims-handling process.
