Victoria Hiatt is the Business Continuity and Resilience Director at Arrow Electronics, Inc., based in Denver, CO. With 22 years of experience at Arrow Electronics in various risk-based roles. Leveraging her background in risk management, Victoria has developed and implemented effective strategies for managing risks and mitigating potential threats to the electronic distribution supply chain. She organizes global tabletop exercises and simulations that bring together the organization to enhance preparedness and response capabilities.

Victoria has also been serving in an executive role on the board of directors for the Colorado Rocky Mountain Chapter of Association of Continuity Professionals for the last six years.

Outside of her professional role, Victoria is dedicated to her community. She is President of non-profit organization that awards more than $25,000 annually in scholarships to its participants. Additionally, Victoria actively participates as Global Volunteer Champion within Arrow with more than 150 volunteer hours annually.
