Resilience Metrics That Matter
Date & Time
Thursday, October 8, 2026, 4:15 PM - 5:00 PM
Description

Most resilience programs report what they did — how many plans were completed, how many exercises were run, how many employees were trained. These activity metrics satisfy documentation requirements, but they tell leadership almost nothing about whether your organization is better prepared to recover from disruption.

This workshop-style session will move you from output reporting to outcome measurement. It will examine what leading organizations measure, explore why traditional metrics fail under scrutiny, and build a practical set of outcome-focused indicators that resonate with risk leadership and senior management.

You will leave with a metrics framework you can adapt for your own program, and the language to translate program performance into real resilience.
