Buffy Brewington is the Senior Manager of MIR Analytics at ExamWorks Compliance Solutions (ECS), with more than 25 years of experience in Information Technology and regulatory compliance. She leads the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of Mandatory Insurer Reporting (MIR) analytics and compliance operations, helping clients meet complex MMSEA Section 111 reporting requirements while ensuring compliance with CMS guidelines.

Since joining ECS’s predecessor, Gould & Lamb, in 2009, Ms. Brewington has played a key role in the development and evolution of the MIRService platform. She oversees data quality, reporting accuracy, analytics, and automation initiatives that improve reporting efficiency and data integrity. Working closely with IT, operations, and executive leadership, she develops innovative reporting strategies and provides clients with actionable insights, best practices, and executive-level reporting.

Recognized as a trusted expert in Section 111 reporting, Ms. Brewington is a valued resource for clients, Medicare EDI representatives, and colleagues alike.

Before joining ECS, she managed IT operations for a Florida law firm and served as a Quality Assurance
Analyst for a Fortune 500 Professional Employer Organization. She studied Information Technology at the
State College of Florida and is an active community volunteer and leader in her hometown of Bradenton,
Florida.
