Michelle has over 25 years of experience in program management and project controls. She started her career as an analyst and took on roles of increasing responsibility in manufacturing operations, industrial engineering, software applications management, earned value management, and program compliance, governance, and risk. She has led several high-performing teams at a Fortune 100 company in the Program Management function before turning to full-time consulting in the aerospace industry. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Science and a Masters Degree in Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and is currently working on a PhD in Business and Program Management.
