Tara has over 35 years of experience in healthcare, including as a licensed medical technologist in hospitals and reference labs. She has managed Emergency Management, Disaster Recovery, and/or Business Continuity for over 20 years. She is currently the Director of Enterprise Business Continuity for Community Health Systems. Tara is currently rolling out Riskonnect Resilience to all corporate business lines. She graduated from Vanderbilt University with her bachelor’s in Medical Technology and from Lipscomb University with her MBA. Tara enjoys spending time with her family. She enjoys cooking, reading, playing the guitar, and playing Mahjong with her friends.
