Lorraine is Principal of Operational Resilience Policy at UK Finance. Working across UK Finance and engaging with UK regulatory authorities and other key stakeholders, Lorraine’s focus is on delivering positive outcomes with respect to operational resilience, and working with members to prepare for, mitigate and recover from operational disruptions when they occur.
Lorraine previously served across a variety of Business Continuity and Operational Resilience roles across a range of sectors from telecommunications, credit referencing and financial services.
