Skills and experience: Design and implementation of a risk management framework from scratch, ensuring it is fit for purpose and effective for the business. Utilisation of risk management system solution to ensure that risk culture is embedded across all business units, regardless of function. Development of enhanced risk reporting to promote accountability, oversight and decision making.
