Technology has been changing the relationship between insurers and their customers. Zurich has already developed many digital solutions for our customers, such as our Zurich Risk Advisor App which provides customers with tools to assess their risks. Covid, however, has greatly accelerated that change. The key to the future is to adapt to the new reality of a digitally led world where customers have increasingly high service standards, by effectively utilising the available technology.

This presentation will highlight the huge shift in the services, digital solutions and technology that Zurich’s Risk Engineering team have in plan to respond to some of these changes. Specific areas covered will include cyber services, climate advisory services and digital risk management solutions, such as motor telematics, building telematics and business resilience.
