Karen Adams has worked for NFU Mutual for ten years. As Risk Manager, her main focus is on the development, implementation and embedding of the risk framework and tools across the Group. This includes risk education and awareness for the 1st line risk community and managers as well as those with SMCR responsibilities and Non-Executive Directors. Karen also facilitates the Group Operational Risk Committee and provides 2nd line input in to 1st line risk committees. Her role is varied and challenging, and she is always looking for the next level of continuous improvement.
