She has a strong track record of identifying new customer requirements and translating them into features the platform can support, providing ongoing advice and innovation long after go-live. Over her career, Rebecca has delivered RMIS solutions across a wide range of industries each with distinct needs around claims and incidents, renewal processes, risk management, and policy programs. She holds a Bachelor of Information Science, majoring in Software Engineering, and began her career as a Data Analyst before moving into risk management software in 2005.
