Saul Midler FBCI (Hon) is a senior business resilience, business continuity and crisis management practitioner with more than 30 years' experience advising executives and organisations across government and commercial sectors. He is recognised for combining deep technical expertise with practical executive-level facilitation, helping organisations build capability before disruption occurs and respond effectively when it does. Saul is now Senior Manager Business Resilience at AGL, where he applies his experience to strengthen the organisation's preparedness, response capability and overall resilience.

Saul is also a member of Standards Australia Technical Committee MB-025 for Security and Resilience, represents Australia on ISO Technical Committee 292 for Security and Resilience, co-edits ISO standards covering business continuity, organisational resilience, crisis management, business impact analysis, strategy development and procedures, co-authored Three Steps to Business Continuity, contributed to revisions of the BCI Good Practice Guide in 2017 and 2023, and serves as Global Project Manager for the systematic review of ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management.

In recognition of his contribution to the profession, Saul's awards and distinctions include Global Business Continuity Consultant of the Year, Fellow of the Business Continuity Institute, and Honorary Fellow of the Business Continuity Institute.
