Katie Collins is Group ESG Manager at Hot Chili Limited, where she leads corporate ESG including enterprise risk, and technology, cyber security and AI governance for a copper-gold development company operating across Australia and Chile. Drawing on more than 25 years’ experience across mining, project development, environmental and social governance, data and risk management, Katie works with executives, operational leaders and boards to develop and implement practical governance solutions that unlock value aligned to organizational objectives. She is also a board member of the First Nations Clean Energy and Climate Change Advisory Committee, hosted by the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water.
