Emma Woolley has over twelve years of experience with St Giles Society, a not-for-profit and NDIS-registered disability service provider, where she’s held a variety of operational and leadership roles. Over the past four years, she’s built and led the organisation’s Risk and Compliance function, implementing a Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) solution to strengthen accountability, transparency, and resilience. With a passion for practical, people-centred governance, Emma focuses on embedding risk and compliance practices that support safe, sustainable service delivery and organisational viability in an ever-evolving regulatory environment.
