Reputation damage is one of the worst consequences of risk events, yet nearly no organisation defines reputation risks and impacts with any kind of precision.

This talk offers a new PEPS framework for reputation management, presenting four steps to prioritise stakeholders (P), understand their – sometimes conflicting - expectations (E) and evaluate trade-offs, perform to beat expectations (P), and measure reputation gain and loss through the surveillance stakeholders’ response (S).
