At Control Risks, Clair leads key elements of the organisation’s global risk management strategy, including readiness, crisis response, business continuity, and holistic risk oversight, while also managing complex international insurance programmes. Her earlier career includes senior roles within His Majesty’s Prison and Probation Service, the Cabinet Office, and the Metropolitan Police Counter Terrorism Command, where she worked across high profile investigations, international crisis management, and sensitive intelligence operations.
