Kathryn Carlson has more than 20 years of product management and product development leadership experience. Before joining Riskonnect, Kathryn was vice president of product management at KPA, an EHS software, online training, and consulting company. Prior to KPA, she held positions in product management, product marketing and product development, including leading the team at ADP that developed the patented Decision Matrix applicant selection software.
