Ilka is a principal customer success manager ​ at Riskonnect, where she helps customer relationships grow and thrive as part of the EMEA customer success team. Before joining Riskonnect in 2018, Ilka was the corporate head of insurance for a global logistics company, overseeing the placement and management of global insurance programs. She was also the founder and director of its reinsurance captive. Throughout her career, Ilka has held numerous roles in the insurance industry. She spent nearly a decade as a solutions consultant to strategic key accounts with Ventiv Technologies, now part of the Riskonnect family of solutions.
