Jonathan leads Simplyhealth’s enterprise risk management, specialising in frameworks, technology risk, and large-scale change initiatives. Jonathan played a key role in developing Simplyhealth’s AI Policy and AI-risk frameworks, enabling the organisation to become the first globally to implement Salesforce’s “Einstein GPT” tool and transforming customer interactions. With over 20 years of experience in UK financial services in roles across Risk, Internal Audit, Technology and Information Security, Jonathan holds certifications as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
