Jenny heads Riskonnect’s customer success management team, which serves as the primary point of contact for customers. The team’s priority is to ensure our customer relationships remain strong and healthy – and that customers get the most value out of their Riskonnect solutions. Previously, Jenny held a variety of roles with Marsh ClearSight, including customer support, account management, and implementation services, as well as management responsibilities in the insurer/TPA practice. Jenny is proud to be a founding steering committee member of WitKonnect, Riskonnect’s women in technology group.
