Jim Hedrick has over 25 years of risk management loss control experience, spanning a vast knowledge in the development and maintenance of comprehensive health and safety, ERM, business continuity programs (BCP), and pandemic planning programs.

Jim has responded on the ground and coordinated the preparation, mitigation, and recovery efforts for numerous events, such as hurricanes (including Katrina in New Orleans) earthquakes, tornados, fires, and many other single-site business interruption events.

Jim was a featured speaker at the Disaster Recovery Journal (DRJ) Fall World, which is the world’s largest conference dedicated solely to the topic of business continuity and disaster recovery planning. is an active member of the Client Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) and Disaster Recovery Institute International (DRII). Jim also serves on the board of trustees for the Better Business Bureau (BBB) Center for Business Ethics. Jim has professional designations in Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), Associate in Loss Control Management (ALCM), Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP), and Associate in Insurance (AINS).
