Buffy is a pioneer in the MMSEA space, joining Gould & Lamb in 2009 and assisting in the development of Gould & Lamb’s MIRService system. She was promoted to Senior MMSEA Compliance Manager in 2013 due to her extensive knowledge of MMSEA requirements and excellent handling of clients. Buffy is a key member of ECS’ Reporting Services team, contributing to the further improvements of MIRService. In her role as Senior MMSEA Compliance Manager, Buffy interacts daily with the EDI Representatives at CMS, ensuring that clients experience the highest submission success rates possible. Buffy attended State College of Florida where she majored in Information Technology (IT) and has over 20 years of IT experience. Her prior experience includes maintaining the network and proprietary system for a local law firm and a quality assurance analyst role for a Fortune 500 Professional Employer Organization (PEO) company.
