Kelsey Vaughn joined the Worthington Enterprises risk management team in 2022. She manages ERM tools and practices to analyze, report, and manage enterprise risks. Vaughn works with inside and outside partners to streamline processes to drive risk identification, evaluation, mitigation, and management throughout the organization. She also assists in managing insurance programs, claims, and property-loss control activities.

Kelsey received her Bachelor of Arts in corporate finance & financial planning from The University of Akron. Prior to joining Worthington, she worked at a local insurance broker with a focus in commercial insurance.
