Steve is the Core Program Management Lead and the ARM Tool Admin at Elbit America. He has been with Elbit for 15 years as a Program Manager and for the past 3 years in the Program Management Excellence (PMX) office. As the Core Program Management Lead, he makes sure all PMs at Elbit have the necessary tools, skills, and training to execute their programs. PMX provides assistance and support in all aspects of program execution. He is a retired USAF Officer that flew the KC-135 and C-21A, and that is where he discovered his passion for Program Management and Risk Management. He is actively involved in his local PMI chapter and serves on the Board of the McAuliffe-Shepard Discovery Center. He is married and is raising two daughters with his wife Marcia.
