Jakub Petersson is the Director of Risk Strategy and Analytics. He is responsible for all aspects of the enterprise risk program, including coordinating the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Committee, risk reporting to the Board, and advising the business on risk matters. He is also the Business Continuity program manager. Most recently, Jakub worked for CNO Financial as the Enterprise Risk Intelligence Director that encompassed both Enterprise and Operational Risk Management. In this role, he led the ERM program and was responsible for the Executive Leadership and Board reporting. Prior to CNO Financial, Jakub worked for Allegion as a Chief of Staff for the Supply Chain Executive and was responsible for M&A activities, supply chain materials compliance (incl. SEC reporting) and functional operating capabilities. Additionally, he has experience in risk management, financial planning and analysis, sales finance, M&A and internal audit. Jakub received his B.S. in Economics and his M.B.A. in Finance. He is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certified Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) professional, originally from Sweden and tri-lingual (Polish, Swedish, English).
