Beth has over 37 years in the claims industry and is responsible for Marriott Headquarters Global Claims Team overseeing high-exposure Casualty, Employment Practices Liability, Cyber, Fidelity, Fiduciary and Directors & Officers claims world-wide.

She joined Marriott in 1989 and has held various progressive roles in the Marriott Claims organization, assuming the Senior Director, Global Claims role in 2018. During her tenure, Beth has been involved in many transformational projects which have helped propel Marriott’s self-administered claims program to “best in class.” She is a past member of the New York Self-Insurers Association Board of Managers and the Maryland Chamber of Commerce Workers’ Compensation Committee. She is currently on the Research Committee of the Workers’ Compensation Research Institute.

Beth holds an Associate in Claims (AIC) designation from The Institutes and a B.A. in Political Science and Russian Studies from the University of Richmond. She resides in Boyds Maryland with her husband, Gary and son, Nicholas.
