Beth Bramlett has spent nearly 25 years at Voya Financial (and its predecessor companies) in a variety of finance and operational risk roles, following five years in public accounting. She has been part the operational risk team since 2010, with a focus on framework, policies, governance, reporting, and the tools that support operational risk management. Beth recently led Voya’s implementation of Riskonnect; her team continues to enhance existing Riskonnect processes, while also automating and integrating new processes. Outside of work, Beth enjoys reading historical fiction and non-fiction, learning new crafts, and exploring museums with her family.
