Alicia has been an Registered Nurse for over two decades and currently serves as the Risk Director at Allina Health in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Prior to her work in Risk Management, Alicia gained experience as an RN in multiple hospital settings with three of those years in a nursing leadership role. She has been a Risk Manager for the past seven years with the last two years in the Director role. Alicia provides day to day and strategic leadership of the Risk Management team which includes the sub-functions of risk management, patient complaints, patient safety reports and recall management system. She has also served as the operational lead for the Allina Health Riskonnect project and sits on the Riskonnect Healthcare Product Council. Alicia holds BSN & Masters of Art in Strategic Leadership degrees from Bethel University.
