Lucas is going on eight years of experience within the Risk Management Industry. Coming out of school from an insurance focused program, he transitioned seamlessly into the Risk Management world. At first for large public transit operator, where he developed the understanding of the role Risk Management plays for a large corporation, to now with SP+ focusing his efforts on the reduction of TCOR and leading the administration of the RMIS platform.
