David joined Riskonnect nearly 10 years ago and is currently the manager of the tier 3 customer care support team. He began his Riskonnect career as part of our product group, where he helped build out the base product, while supporting our sales teams with configuration for demos. David then transferred to our customer success team to provide technical support for customers. He also has achieved two Salesforce certifications.
