The cost of compliance, controls and assurance is increasing significantly. The scale and volume of these activities also place significant burden on organisations when not integrated/coordinated adequately. With the advent of new regulations and new corporate governance expectations (e.g. BEIS’ recent planned corporate governance reforms), these challenges will only increase.  Time is right to integrate and optimise the risk, compliance and assurance activities to deliver enhanced governance and oversight in an efficient and effective way.  But, how?
