The event is open to all interested customers and prospects, 21 years of age and older. Riskonnect reserves the right to cancel an attendee's registration or request that an attendee leave the event if that individual is engaged in competitive, harmful, or disruptive behavior. If an attendee is notified that their registration has been cancelled, it is the attendee’s responsibility to cancel travel arrangements.

Yes, you must be 21 years of age or older to register for the conference. 

Konnect 2022 will take place at Chateau Elan in Braselton, Georgia (just outside of Atlanta).

Registration fees are based on the date you register. The event offers an early-bird rate and a regular rate.

Yes, the fee is $275.00. Note this will admit your guest into the evening events only. It does not entitle your guest to attend any sessions. You may register your guest when you register yourself.

Use the “Access My Registration” function, enter your email, and choose "Reset My Password." You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

Your registration must be completed and payment received/processed to receive a confirmation email. You can obtain a copy of your confirmation email from the “Access My Registration” function. Once you have accessed your registration, select “View Your Confirmation Email" and then choose the "Email Confirmation" button from the top right corner.

Make sure you have the correct email address included in your registration record and that the event email account amy.hawkins@riskonnect.com is on your safe-sender list.

Registration includes all-access privileges to Konnect 2022 – all conference sessions, keynotes, Solutions Central, and evening events detailed in the agenda. All sessions will be available on-demand post-event for 90 days. Also included:

• Food and drink for the evening events on Wednesday and Thursday.

• Breakfast, lunch, and break refreshments over the duration of the conference

• Complimentary Wi-Fi

Photo / Video Release & Policies

Konnect and its contractors may be photographing, videotaping, audio-taping, or webcasting sessions and events at the conference. By attending Konnect 2022, attendees acknowledge these activities and agree to allow their image or recording to be used by Konnect 2022 in marketing and promotional materials, on a Riskonnect or Konnect website. Such images may also be shared with the media. Attendees at the conference waive all claims against Konnect for any liability resulting from these uses.

Only officially contracted Konnect 2022 vendors will be permitted to photograph, video, and/or audio-tape sessions, workshops, and events. Individuals recording with personal video/audio equipment or other recording devices (e.g., cell phones, digital or film cameras, or tape recorders) without prior permission from Konnect 2022 may be asked to cease recording or utilizing such devices immediately.

We accept three forms of payment: credit card, company check, and wire transfer. Konnect 2022 does not accept purchase orders as a form of payment. There are no exceptions. 

After Thursday, September 15, payment must be by credit card. We will no longer be accepting payment by company check or wire transfer.

Substitutions will be permitted only if you are substituting your registration with someone from the same company. There is no fee for name-only changes. A $150 administrative fee will apply to any substitutions requiring payment changes. To request a substitution, re-access your registration using the function and click on the “Substitute Registration” link.

Written cancellations must be sent by email to rkevents@riskonnect.com. Cancellation requests will not be taken over the telephone.

You will be refunded your paid registration fee minus a $150 administrative fee if you provide written notice of your cancellation before Thursday, September 15, 2022. There will be no refunds after the deadline. Please send written notification of cancellation to the Konnect 2022 management team via email at rkevents@riskonnect.com.

Refunds will not be issued on cancellations received after 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on Thursday, September 15, 2022.

Conference no-shows are ineligible for a refund.

Yes, Konnect 2022 offers discounts for three or more registrants from the same company.

Chateau Elan is located approximately an hour (55 miles) from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL).

Riskonnect is offering shuttles to Chateau Elan on Wednesday, October 12, returning Friday, October 14, for an additional fee of $75 round trip. 

• Wednesday, October 12: Shuttles will depart from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) to Chateau Elan at 11am, 12pm, 1pm, and 2pm
   
• Friday, October 14: Shuttles will depart from Chateau Elan to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) at 12:30pm and 1:30pm.

Many attendees who are non-U.S. residents require a visa to enter the United States. Check with your local embassy to determine your personal travel requirements. All visa applicants are advised to apply for their visa as soon as possible as it may take up to or longer than three months to obtain a travel visa. 

The Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) is a good tool to use in assistance with the visa request process.

ESTA is a free, automated system that determines the eligibility of visitors to travel to the U.S. under the Visa Waiver Program. The ESTA application collects the same information collected on Form I-94W. ESTA applications may be submitted at any time prior to travel, though it is recommended travelers apply when they begin preparing travel plans.

A "Letter of Invitation" will not be released until a registration is complete and payment has been processed/received in full.
