Carlos Junquera leads the systems and analytics team within the risk management organization for the Royal Caribbean Group with responsibility for operational improvements, system optimization, and compliance.

Carlos has an extensive background in high-level project leadership, with a focus on translating operational business needs to system automation. Before joining RCG in 2015, Carlos spent over 25 years in the health insurance industry, specializing in federal regulatory compliance and health care operations.
