Carlos Junquera is an experienced leader with over 30 years of experience in the healthcare administration industry and has been with Royal Caribbean Group for the past 9 years as a Senior Manager in Risk Management. In his current role, Carlos oversees the Riskonnect system, including the design of applications, monitoring performance, and building enhancements for current existing functionalities, as well as various global operational compliance programs. Carlos specializes in operations engineering, designing and implementing large-scale, cross-functional programs, including a fleetwide wellness program and the industry’s first global electronic pre-employment medical examination program. His role emphasizes enhancing risk management strategies and driving innovative solutions to support the company’s operational excellence.
