Conference credentials are provided to you upon check-in onsite at the registration desk.

We will have product experts available at demo stations during the breaks who can provide a product demo or a deep dive into our software.

Yes, Wi-Fi is available throughout the venue - we will provide the password during the registration period.

You will have the opportunity to alert us of any special dietary requirements or food allergies during the registration process.

All Riskonnect customers at the executive, management, and user levels are encouraged to attend.

The event is open to all interested customers and prospects, 18 years of age and older. Riskonnect reserves the right to cancel an attendee's registration or request that an attendee leave the event if that individual is engaged in competitive, harmful, or disruptive behaviour. If an attendee is notified that their registration has been cancelled, it is the attendee’s responsibility to cancel travel arrangements.

The conference will take place on two dates at two separate venues. 
Melbourne - 23rd October 2025. 
Sydney - 28th October 2025.

 

There is no fee to attend the conference. Attendance is free of charge. 

 

Yes! We encourage participation from multiple people and departments within your organisation to gain maximum benefit from the conference. Each person must submit a separate registration form.

Registration includes all-access privileges to Konnect APAC 2025 – all conference and networking sessions detailed in the agenda.

Photo / Video Release & Policies

Konnect APAC and its contractors may be photographing or videotaping sessions and events at the conference. By attending Konnect APAC 2025, attendees acknowledge these activities and agree to allow their image to be used by Riskonnect in marketing and promotional materials, on a Riskonnect or Konnect APAC website, or recording. Such images may also be shared with the media. Attendees at the conference waive all claims against Konnect APAC for any liability resulting from these uses.

Only officially contracted Konnect APAC 2025 vendors will be permitted to photograph, video, and/or audio-tape sessions and events. Individuals recording with personal video/audio equipment or other recording devices (e.g., cell phones, digital or film cameras, or tape recorders) without prior permission from Konnect APAC 2025 may be asked to cease recording or utilising such devices immediately.

 

Your registration must be completed, and payment received/processed to receive a confirmation email. You can obtain a copy of your confirmation email from the “Access My Registration” function. Once you have accessed your registration, select “View Your Confirmation Email" and then choose the "Email Confirmation" button from the top right corner.

Make sure you have the correct email address included in your registration record and that the event email account Adam.Allcock@riskonnect.com is on your safe-sender list.

 

Written cancellations must be sent by email to Adam.Allcock@riskonnect.com. Cancellation requests will not be taken over the telephone.

 

No, there is no cancellation fee. However we please ask you to inform us if you no longer plan to attend due to limited capacity at the venue.

 

No, Konnect APAC 2025 is free to attend.

 

Substitutions will be permitted only if you are substituting your registration with someone from the same company. To request a substitution, re-access your registration using the function and click on the “Substitute Registration” link.
