From Challenge to Change: Sodexo's Journey to Modernize Incident Intake with Riskonnect
    Tuesday, April 7 @ 11 a.m. ET | 4 p.m. BST

Sodexo's risk management team saw that their incident and claims intake process needed improvement. Reporting was scattered, data was inconsistent, and manual steps led to blind spots. This made it hard to respond quickly, manage claims well, and stay ahead of new risks.

In this webinar, Brian Walters, vice president of risk management at Sodexo, joins David McGarry, vice president of global GRC professional services at Riskonnect, to share an inside look at Sodexo's decision to implement the Riskonnect Intake solution — and what they hope to achieve. Brian will walk through the real-world pain points that drove the decision, the evaluation process, and the outcomes Sodexo is working toward, including improved data quality, faster investigations, and a stronger foundation for proactive risk management.

This session is a straightforward, practitioner-led discussion about what it really takes to modernize intake in a large, complex organization. It will also show what incident reporting can look like with the right tools and processes.

After this session, you will be able to:

    • Understand the challenges that led Sodexo to look for a modern intake solution, and see if your organization faces similar issues.
    • Learn how Sodexo is handling the implementation and what early lessons they have learned so far.
    • Find out the main benefits and results Sodexo is aiming for, such as accurate data, consistent reporting, efficient investigations, and preventing claims.
    • Get practical insight into how structured digital intake data can help with trend analysis, early warnings, and ongoing improvement.
    • See what a mature, technology-driven intake program can look like and learn how to plan your path to reach it.
