Konnect 2026 welcomes all Riskonnect customers, prospects, partners, and risk professionals from any industry. It is open to executives, managers, and daily users.

Attendees must be 21 or older to attend evening events. Riskonnect may cancel a registration or ask someone to leave for competitive, harmful, or disruptive behavior. If your registration is canceled, you are responsible for canceling your own travel.

Konnect 2026 will take place at the Gaylord Rockies, Aurora, Colorado, October 7 – 9, 2026.

Registration fees are based on the date you register. The event offers: 

• Early Bird Registration Fee (thru Friday, July 10, 2026) at $1,499
• Standard Registration Fee (thru Wednesday, September 9, 2026) at $1,899

All-access privileges to Konnect 2026 includes**:

• All conference sessions, keynotes, and Konnection Hub
• Evening events on Wednesday and Thursday (including food and drinks)
• Breakfast, lunch, and break refreshments over the duration of the conference
• Complimentary Wi-Fi
  ** Registrations cannot be shared, each person must be individually registered.

Sessions will be available on-demand for 90 days following the event.

Yes! We encourage participation from multiple people and departments within your organization to gain maximum benefit from the conference. Each person must submit a separate registration form with payment in full.

Yes, the fee is $350.00. Note - this will admit your guest into the evening events only. It does not entitle your guest to attend any sessions. You may register your guest when you register yourself.

Use the "Access My Registration" function, enter your email, and choose "Reset My Password." You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

Your registration must be completed and payment received/processed to receive a confirmation email. You can obtain a copy of your confirmation email from the “Access My Registration” function. Once you have accessed your registration, select “View Your Confirmation Email" and then choose the "Email Confirmation" button from the top right corner.

Make sure you have the correct email address included in your registration record and that the event email account rkevents@riskonnect.com is on your safe-sender list.

Photo / Video Release & Policies

Konnect and its contractors may be photographing, videotaping, audio-taping, or webcasting sessions and events at the conference. By attending Konnect 2026, attendees acknowledge these activities and agree to allow their image or recording to be used by Konnect 2026 in marketing and promotional materials, on a Riskonnect or Konnect website. Such images may also be shared with the media. Attendees at the conference waive all claims against Konnect for any liability resulting from these uses.

Only officially contracted Konnect 2026 vendors will be permitted to photograph, video, and/or audio-tape sessions, workshops, and events. Individuals recording with personal video/audio equipment or other recording devices (e.g., cell phones, digital or film cameras, or tape recorders) without prior permission from Konnect 2026 may be asked to cease recording or utilizing such devices immediately.

Business casual is recommended. Meeting room temperatures may be cool while outdoor temperatures may be warmer. We suggest that you bring layers for comfort. Note, some evening activities are outdoors; we  recommend comfortable walking shoes and a wrap or light jacket for cooler evening temperatures (high-50s).

We accept three forms of payment: credit card, company check, and wire transfer. Konnect 2026 does not accept purchase orders as a form of payment. There are no exceptions.

After Friday, September 9, payment must be by credit card. We will no longer be accepting payment by company check or wire transfer.

Substitutions will be permitted only if you are substituting your registration with someone from the same company. There is no fee for name-only changes. A $150 administrative fee will apply to any substitutions requiring payment changes. Written cancellations must be sent by email to rkevents@riskonnect.com and received no later than Friday, September 11, 2026. Cancellation requests will not be taken over the telephone.

You will be refunded your paid registration fee minus a $150 administrative fee if you provide written notice of your cancellation before Friday, September 11, 2026. There will be no refunds after the deadline. Please send written notification of cancellation to the Konnect 2026 management team via email at rkevents@riskonnect.com.

Refunds will not be issued on cancellations received after 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday, September 11, 2026. Conference no-shows are ineligible for a refund.

We recommend taking a taxi or a ride share. Please follow signs to baggage claim area and exit through doors 505 - 512 to Island 5. Many attendees who are non-U.S. residents require a visa to enter the United States. Check with your local embassy to determine your personal travel requirements. All visa applicants are advised to apply for their visa as soon as possible as it may take up to or longer than three months to obtain a travel visa.

The Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) is a good tool to use in assistance with the visa request process. ESTA is a free, automated system that determines the eligibility of visitors to travel to the U.S. under the Visa Waiver Program. The ESTA application collects the same information collected on Form I-94W.

ESTA applications may be submitted at any time prior to travel, though it is recommended travelers apply when they begin preparing travel plans.

A "Letter of Invitation" will not be released until a registration is complete and payment has been processed/received in full.
