London City Airport is the closest to the venue, It is approximately 35 minutes from the airport. Alternatively Stansted Airport has good transport links into Liverpool Street, the venue is roughly 10 minutes from the train station.

London City airport is roughly 30 minutes from the venue and Stansted Airport is around an hour from the venue.

Conference credentials are provided to you upon check-in onsite. The registration desk will be in the convention centre foyer.

The dress code is business casual.

Yes, Wi-Fi is available throughout the venue - we will provide the password during the registration period.

We recommend travelling to the venue by train or tube but there is an NCP car park at Finsbury Square (EC2A 1AD) should you require.

All Riskonnect customers and prospects at the executive, management, and user levels, current partners, and other individuals in the risk management industry are encouraged to attend.

The event is open to all interested customers and prospects, 21 years of age and older. Riskonnect reserves the right to cancel an attendee's registration or request that an attendee leave the event if that individual is engaged in competitive, harmful, or disruptive behaviour. If an attendee is notified that their registration has been cancelled, it is the attendee’s responsibility to cancel travel arrangements.

Yes, you must be 21 years of age or older to register for the conference.

Registration fees are based on the date you register and the number of people you register. There is a regular rate as well as a 3 for 2 offer.

Yes! We encourage participation from multiple people and departments within your organisation to gain maximum benefit from the conference. Each person must submit a separate registration form with payment in full.

Registration includes all-access privileges to Konnect Europe 2025 – all conference sessions, keynotes, Solutions Central, and evening events detailed in the agenda. All recorded sessions will be available on-demand post-event for 90 days.

Photo / Video Release & Policies

 

Konnect Europe and its contractors may be photographing, videotaping, audio-taping, or webcasting sessions and events at the conference. By attending Konnect Europe 2025, attendees acknowledge these activities and agree to allow their image to be used by Konnect Europe 2025 in marketing and promotional materials, on a Riskonnect or Konnect Europe website, or recording. Such images may also be shared with the media. Attendees at the conference waive all claims against Konnect Europe for any liability resulting from these uses.

Only officially contracted Konnect Europe 2024 vendors will be permitted to photograph, video, and/or audio-tape sessions, workshops, and events. Individuals recording with personal video/audio equipment or other recording devices (e.g., cell phones, digital or film cameras, or tape recorders) without prior permission from Konnect Europe 2024 may be asked to cease recording or utilizing such devices immediately

 

We will only accept payments by credit card or invoices for Konnect Europe 2025. Konnect Europe 2025 does not accept purchase orders as a form of payment. There are no exceptions. Invoices must be paid before the event to allow you entry.

Your registration must be completed, and payment received/processed to receive a confirmation email. You can obtain a copy of your confirmation email from the “Access My Registration” function. Once you have accessed your registration, select “View Your Confirmation Email" and then choose the "Email Confirmation" button from the top right corner.

Make sure you have the correct email address included in your registration record and that the event email account Kathryn.benjamin@riskonnect.com is on your safe-sender list.

Written cancellations must be sent by email to Kathryn.benjamin@riskonnect.com. Cancellation requests will not be taken over the telephone.

You will be refunded your paid registration fee minus $25 administrative fee if you provide written notice of your cancellation before Tuesday, April 1th. There will be no refunds after the deadline. Please send written notification of cancellation to the Konnect Europe 2025 management team via email at kathryn.benjamin@riskonnect.com

Refunds will not be issued on cancellations received after 11:59 p.m. BST on Monday, April 7th 2025.

Conference no-shows are ineligible for a refund.

 

Yes, Konnect Europe 2024 offers discounts for three or more registrants from the same company.

This promotional offer cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.

The conference reserves the right to cancel and/or modify this promotion at any time

Substitutions will be permitted only if you are substituting your registration with someone from the same company. There is no fee for name-only changes. A $25 administrative fee will apply to any substitutions requiring payment changes. To request a substitution, re-access your registration using the function and click on the “Substitute Registration” link.
