All Riskonnect customers and prospects at the executive, management, and user levels, current partners, and other individuals in the risk management industry are encouraged to attend.

The event is open to all interested customers and prospects, 21 years of age and older. Riskonnect reserves the right to cancel an attendee's registration or request that an attendee leave the event if that individual is engaged in competitive, harmful, or disruptive behavior. If an attendee is notified that their registration has been cancelled, it is the attendee’s responsibility to cancel travel arrangements.

Yes, you must be 21 years of age or older to register for the conference.

Your well-being is Riskonnect’s number one priority. Riskonnect is committed to providing a safe environment. We encourage you to decide on your own comfort level attending an in-person event, masked, and socially distanced. As safety and health regulations and recommendations continue to evolve, Riskonnect will monitor these developments and update safety protocols as necessary in advance of Konnect Europe 2022. Review current safety protocols here.

As government regulations currently stand, you will not be required to wear a mask. However, as the situation continues to change and evolve we may amend these details. Be sure to check back regularly for any updates. Riskonnect will provide hand sanitiser and masks, although we encourage you to bring your own. We will monitor face-covering guidelines and will provide any updates prior to the conference.

The event runs from Tuesday 8^th March through Wednesday 9^th March 2022.

Registration fees are based on the date you register. The event offers an early-bird rate, and a regular rate.

Yes! We encourage participation from multiple people and departments within your organisation to gain maximum benefit from the conference. Each person must submit a separate registration form with payment in full.

Your registration must be completed, and payment received/processed to receive a confirmation email. You can obtain a copy of your confirmation email from the “Access My Registration” function. Once you have accessed your registration, select “View Your Confirmation Email" and then choose the "Email Confirmation" button from the top right corner.

Registration includes all-access privileges to Konnect Europe 2022 – all conference sessions, keynotes, Solutions Central, and evening events detailed in the agenda. All sessions will be available on-demand post-event for 90 days.

Photo / Video Release & Policies

Konnect and its contractors may be photographing, videotaping, audio-taping, or webcasting sessions and events at the conference. By attending Konnect Europe 2022, attendees acknowledge these activities and agree to allow their image to be used by Konnect Europe 2022 in marketing and promotional materials, on a Riskonnect or Konnect website, or recording. Such images may also be shared with the media. Attendees at the conference waive all claims against Konnect for any liability resulting from these uses.

Only officially contracted Konnect Europe 2022 vendors will be permitted to photograph, video, and/or audio-tape sessions, workshops, and events. Individuals recording with personal video/audio equipment or other recording devices (e.g., cell phones, digital or film cameras, or tape recorders) without prior permission from Konnect Europe 2022 may be asked to cease recording or utilizing such devices immediately.

We will only accept payments by credit card for Konnect Europe 2022. Konnect Europe 2022 does not accept purchase orders as a form of payment. There are no exceptions.

Substitutions will be permitted only if you are substituting your registration with someone from the same company. There is no fee for name-only changes. A $50 administrative fee will apply to any substitutions requiring payment changes. To request a substitution, re-access your registration using the function and click on the “Substitute Registration” link.

Written cancellations must be sent by email to rkevents@riskonnect.com. Cancellation requests will not be taken over the telephone.

You will be refunded your paid registration fee minus £50 administrative fee if you provide written notice of your cancellation before Monday, February 14^th. There will be no refunds after the deadline. Please send written notification of cancellation to the Konnect Europe 2022 management team via email at rkevents@riskonnect.com.

Refunds will not be issued on cancellations received after 11:59 p.m. GMT on Monday, February 21^st 2022.

Conference no-shows are ineligible for a refund.

Yes, Konnect Europe 2022 offers discounts for three or more registrants from the same company.

London City Airport is the closest to the venue, It is approximately 35 minutes from the airport. Alternatively Stansted Airport has good transport links into Liverpool Street, roughly 10 minutes from the train station.

Conference credentials are provided to you upon check-in onsite. The Registration Desk will be in the foyer.

The dress code is business casual.

Riskonnect will offer 30 minute 1:1 appointments with our product experts for a deep dive into our software. Drop by solution central during the conference to book in your session. 

Yes, connectivity is available via Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

You will have the opportunity to alert us of any special dietary requirements or food allergies during the registration process.
